Application:
This machine is suitable for making HDPE and LDPE plastic bags. It adopts the step motor discharge the material in high speed and photocell sensor to track the cutting punch the "M" shape bag in one time. And with such features, such as easy operation and high finished products, so the production efficiency can be improved greatly.

Technical Description:
1. Usage: FQCT-HC-600 model bag making machine is suitable for making print bags one line or no-print bags 2 or 4 lines. The factory can produce the machine one line punch or two line punch separately according to customer requirement.
2. Fully Automatic: it can do one-line production of the following steps: heat sealing, cold cutting, punching, sending bags out by conveyer belt, and waste film delivering. All the above steps is done by one machine. In this way, the labor salary is saved.
3. Computer Control System: the sealing and cutting device adopts one computer to control the machine. the machine is two layer, so user can do two or four lines for no-print bag , but print bag one line.
4. Automatic Punch: Air cylinders device will be installed on the machine to do “M”Shape cutting with heavy power.
5. Bags Conveyer Belt: it adopts conveyer belt to send bags out in order.
6. Waste Film Conveyer Belt: the waste film under the machine will be delivered out by another conveyer belt under the machine.
7. Photo Cell: photo cell is used for print bag to do one line production.
8.Its machine has the following features: automatic temperature control, automatic counting system, alarm system.
